Group coaching is a 7 week online session. You have access to me via fb group and one group video call a week. Being in a fb group also gives extra accountability being with others that are going through the same things you may be.
1:1 coaching starts at a 3 month term. You have access to me via text and the 1 weekly video chat. Being 1:1 I do daily check ins for accountability.
With both programs you get an introduction to the Keto way of eating, a menu and shopping list. I walk you through the process and what to expect changing to this lifestyle. I also offer custom workout routines to help you stay moving. Both programs offer motivation, accountability, and mindset work to help you stay in the right mindset to stick with you new way of eating.
Meet Mel I've struggled with my weight since I was a child. I just got used to the fact that I was bigger boned, loved junk food and didn't like to exercise. I had joined gyms over the years and never went. I finally found a small group class (there may have been tears the first day) that became family, but something still wasn't working. My weight wasn't moving, I was still tired all the time. I went through a major life change and slipped into a depression, it really made me sad and angry. I decided to try the new "fad" diet against my trainers advice. Well, I found, it worked for me! Which led me to want to help others find their way.
